Language
The language of the conference will be English. In justified cases, there is a possibility to present a speech in the conference language with simultaneous provision of the full text of the presentation in English translation.
Place
The conference will take place at the Institute of History of UKSW, Wóycickiego 1/3 (building 23), in Warsaw. There is a possibility of presenting a paper online via an internet platform (to be provided by the organizer).
The course of the conference will be broadcasted online.
The organizer provides:
- A conference room, conference facilities and online transmission of the conference proceedings
- Catering during the conference (coffee break): Coffee, tea, cookies, water
- The possibility to have a meal in the university canteen.
- Conference materials: abstract book, notepad, pen, folder, name tag.
Travel and accommodation
Travel costs to and from the conference will not be covered by the organizers.
No hotel accommodation is provided, but organizers will actively help the participants in this matter.
All registered participants are assured refreshments between sessions.
